What is your WHY? Your why for improving your health has to be a gargantuan beast to that of your excuses, obstacles and tragedies. Why? Because I’ve been overweight and had trouble catching my breath. I’ve been the one to blame my schedule or injuries, and I’ve gone through tragedies that have ultimately changed my life. The only thing that got me out of bed to face a new day was that I had 51 reasons WHY I should get better over my 50 excuses not to.
As a prior athlete, former military service member and competitive martial arts practitioner, it’s fair to say been around the block a few times. I’ve helped people through all walks of life whether that be the fearless serving our country meet their own rigorous fitness standards, the elderly the ability to walk on their own and play with their grandchildren, or transforming individuals to lose more than 100 pounds.
I believe in functional fitness, progression and variety. There is no one size fits all to this equation. I expect you to show up and bring your best because there is no substitution for hard work.
